I rented a villa from this company about 3 or 4 months ago and paid a deposit. Earlier this month I get a message that the condo I rented is not available. They offer me another condo. A week later that condo is not available. I rented thru TripAdvisor luckily as they guarantee your money back. Casa Caribe wanted me to cancel my reservation even though they were actually the ones telling me they had no condos. I told them they had to cancel as their policy stated if I did they kept the deposit. I did get my deposit back, not sure thru Trip Advisor or them but they seem like a fraud if they cancelled 2 condos on me co sidering I had booked the one 3 to 4 months ago.
