GASLIGHTING SCAMMERS

RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and
COMPLETE SCAMMERS. They deserve the lowest rating possible. This company promises you one thing then finds every excuse they can to change the details of your trip. BETH and JULIO, should both be fired based on their customer service (or lack thereof) If you have my money, YOU LISTEN TO ME!
PERIOD. These people are master manipulators that try to gaslight you into being okay with all around PISS POOR SERVICE and EMPTY PROMISES. Not to mention the headache it is to even get in contact with someone just to then be treated like you're not a PAYING customer. Absolutely nobody should give this company money and I encourage EVERYONE that has been scammed by these people to take them to small claims court and report them to every outlet possible. This is just the beginning.

Supposedly, they offered a FREE 5-day cruise trip with only $558 for two people, for paying port fees and taxes, among that $558, there is $100 refundable deposit along with $150 prepaid visa card for on-board spending. Sounds amazing, uh? Not so. 1st, they wanted the money paid via personal check, money order or cashier's check (no credit card or debit card - should be the red flag!!!), after the payment, this dude named Julio told me that because I didn't book it 90-days prior the "expiration date" that my free trip has expired!!! Mind you, my expiration date is mid June 2022, and the time I called to book was beginning of the March, 2022 which was way before 90-day expiration date. When I pointed that out to Julio, he then changed his statement by saying that I need an extra 30 days for choosing the actual travel date, so that makes 120 days prior to the expiration date. I told him that there is nothing in writing for that extra 30 day requirement, but he was rude and arrogant and didn't want to discuss any further and hang up on me! He was the MANAGER there, so I have no one to complain or discuss the wrong doing they imposed!!! Total scam! No doubt!!!
