I ordered a bathing suit from this brand on Instagram. It's an influencer-owned brand and I was excited to support. I placed the order on July 13th with expected shipping arrival of July 19th. I first reached out via email on July 24th with no response. I followed up on July 26th and no response. I sent them a direct message on Instagram on July 26th, July 27th, July 28th, and three more times since then with no response. I've heard nothing from this brand, and the money has been taken out of my account. It's extremely frustrating. I've read the comments on their Instagram, and many other people are facing the same problem with them. They're continuing to post on the brand's Instagram account but not responding to any comments or DMs. I'm beyond frustrated and believe they scammed me and are scamming many others.
