Warning, this is fraud. Both Cascade Title Solutions and All Ways Travel Service are using advance-fee scam/fraud with documents that looks from Mexican government.
Asking to transfer $3,800, then $5,000, $5,250 and another $9,000 to supposedly close the transaction.
They claim to have a buyer and paying high price for your vacation membership/timeshare.
There is no trace of such business at these locations. Business don't even exist.
Beware of the company called Intergroup Marveg S.A de C.V. in Mexico, to who they ask you to transfer the money.
