They are stealing people’s money and advising fraudulent product tracking numbers and never shipping the advertised product. Obtaining property by false pretenses, that’s a felony all day long in NC. Can anything be done to rectify this issue and with these thieves?

This “ case boss “ business is withdrawing money from my account monthly and there is no way to contact customer service because the numbers are disconnected and is just a fake voicemail on the other one . ! This is fraud !!

I purchased the case from the company. The website said no more than 35 days. It’s been 40 I’ve sent numerous emails, the company responded but can’t give me a date of arrival. The phone case cost 72 dollars and is no where in site or a way to track where my purchase is. I downloaded the app that is supposed to track the device and it says no orders present.

Ordered a case, had a friend who received a case and recommended it.

I purchased a case 3/9/17.

Was charged, received a bogus tracking number and plenty of spam emails. No case was ever received. Emails aren't answered. SCAM!!!

Ordered a phone case and speaker back in March of 2017, as of now (March 2018) still have not received these items. Sent more than 50 emails (only way to communicate is via Facebook IM). Demanded a refund, speaker to manager/owner, and still no one contacted me or refund, because it is not valid reason for return by their "policy". It is apparently shipped via international carrier and the tracking number they provide is "not valid number to track".

I bought a case online from case boss and was told my order was going to take 2-4 weeks because of the high volume of orders they had so I waited 4 weeks came around I contacted them for a tracking number so they game me a tracking number but it was a fake number so I contacted them again and let them know the number wasn’t working they never got back to me so I sat back and just waited. Few months go buy and I reach out again and ask what’s going on and they say the same excuse and I asked for a date on when I’d receive my order that I had already paid for. Again they give me another wrong tracking number so this continues for months on end and it has now been a year and I have not got my case a correct tracking number nor have I gotten a refund I requested. That’s another thing I resquest for a refund and I never heard back. There’s a few emails I have sent and never heard back from the company I am super disappointed and want my money back. I contacted my bank and they will not give me the refund because of how long it’s been. I have all the emails and confirmation to and from this company. Last I heard From them they are waiting on the item to ship to me which is sketchy to me because I bought This off of there buisness page.

I have ordered 2x products 25th February 2017 and never received this order. I have send many emails and they say it has been shipped but it never happens. I just like to warn other people as I probably lost my money by now. But many many people have ordered from this company and never received it. So hopefully this will help to report it here.

I ordered a case and never received it. I tried contacting the company and recieved no response.

I ordered cases online from a Facebook ad, I have never received the cases and the company has no customer service phone number, email only and I have sent multiple emails to no response.

This company does not actually send you the products you purchase. I purchased a 30 dollar phone case and did not receive any tracking information or notice of my product shipping. I waited for four weeks because my order confirmation stated shipping could take 2-4 weeks because of high demand. When I emailed the company to check on my order it took them about a week to reply and they sent me a tracking number that did not work. After reading online about this company and other customer complaints, I learned they have no intention of sending customers the products they paid for. I reached out to the company again (via email) about a week later and did not receive a response back this time. They do not even have a telephone number to call and speak with a representative. I am not so much worried about losing my money, but more concerned that this company has done this to all of their customers and they are getting away with it, as well as being posted all over social media to advertise their fraudulent business. Please do not give this company your money.
