They send out the same email to every other person. After the person responds, they claim a free iPhone case- but to just pay shipping. They send no confirmation email or tracking number and stop replying to your emails. I never received the case and they took my money. They’ve done this with many others too

- Richmond, VA, USA

They offered a free phone case and asked me to pay for shipping but I have not received the case and it has been for weeks now

- Mena, AR, USA

I received this email on 10/31/19 at my business email address, which was stated in another email to have been accessed through my Instagram page. I did not receive any confirmation email or delivery information, and was unable to cancel, change, or even view the order after it was placed. The money to cover shipping was withdrawn from my account the next day, as the code provided in the email allowed a free phone case. I have been unable to make any contact following this email, despite my offering of services to them (prior to understanding that they were a scam). The email is quoted below.

“Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me. I'm Lavinia with Case Fetish and I wanted to reach out because we're looking to grow our Instagram presence and was curious to see if you would be interested in giving us a follow and/or shoutout on your page in exchange for a free iPhone case.

We've been around since 2012 and have recently launched our online store with over 40 different stylish cases available for iPhone 6s - XS. Our customer base matches your profile, so I'd love for you to learn about our brand, follow us, and possibly give our page @casefetish a shoutout when your free case arrives in the mail.

You can visit our website to get one case of your choice free. Use coupon "GET100CNS" and you'll get 100% off at checkout. This offer is valid until this month or until 100 cases are given away (there's only 38 left as of today).

Please only take one if you're willing to follow or shout us out. If not, there's no hard feelings :) but I'd appreciate if you could pass this offer to someone who may be interested.

Thanks again for getting back and if you have any questions about this or any of our selections, feel free to let me know.

Best,

I received an email reading, "...I'm Rachel with Case Fetish and I wanted to reach out because we're looking to grow our Instagram presence and was curious to see if you would be interested in giving us a follow and/or shoutout on your page in exchange for a free iPhone case...." Long story short, I ordered a case and have yet to receive my case. There is no phone number on their website and when selecting the "contact us" tab, I continually get an error message that my request cannot be processed. "Rachel" was great about getting back to me during the initial contact and follow request, however, once I told her I have not received my case and have no way of tracking it, I have not heard back. I have emailed three times and no response.

A Sales Rep contacts you by email stating basic info about their company and offers to give you a coupon code of giving you the product for free to use on their website and all you have to do is review the product you purchase once receive on their instagram.

On July 30, 2019 I went into their website and purchased an iPhone case with the coupon given. The only catch is I had to pay for shipping and handling of $9.95. Thinking it was a good deal being the case was free with the coupon.

Fast forward today October 26th, I still have not received my order. I had tried 4 times to contact their support team and sent messages on Instagram. No responses. I had learned that there are others who was scammed as well. I had fortunately reported this to my bank for fraudalent purchase and receive a credit. I’m just reporting this because someone might actually do the same thing and get taken advantage of with a larger amount than I did.

- Dayton, OH, USA

I was contacted by them to post a pic on Instagram in exchange for a free case minus shipping it has been over a month no one is responding to support emails and I have not gotten my cases they scammed me out of $20

This site is a scam, do not order anything from them ever. The product will never show up and they will never answer back to you.

- Atlanta, GA, USA

On October 3, 2019 I received an email from [email protected] asking to be a brand ambassador by purchasing one of their phone cases, I would only have to pay the shipping and handling fee of $9.95. Although at this time it has only been a week I have not heard from a representative regarding my item being mailed nor a tracking number. I thought I check online to see if anyone has been scammed and sure enough this was already reported to the ScamPulse.com and so I have contacted my bank to dispute the money paid and share my experience with these scammers in hopes to help someone before they spend time and money on this.

This company reached out to me via email found through my Instagram claiming to be a up and coming company. They offered me the opportunity to try out one of their new iPhone cases for free, in exchange for a follow or shout out. All they wanted was for me to pay the $9.95 for shipping, so I did. Almost a month later and I've heard absolutely nothing from them. The order still says "Processing". They won't respond to my emails, or my social media messages, and they don't even give me the option to cancel the order. I've seen many other people with the literal exact same story saying Case Fetish did the same to them. This is obviously a fake company scamming people out of their many and the website should be shut down and removed.

I received an email from Amanda who claimed she worked for Case Fetish. She told me about if I posted about them on Instagram I could get a free phone case. I used the discount code and then paid $10 for shipping. I never received anything. By a search from the internet, I am definitely not the only person scammed.

- Cortland, NY, USA

I was contacted by an “employee” offering a free phone case to promote on my Instagram page. Once I paid the shipping, I had no tracking information and the “employee” would not return my emails. Very sketchy business.

- Los Angeles, CA, USA

I received an email on the 1st July 2019, with information including a discount code for their website which would mean a free case as long as shipping was paid on my part.

I heard nor received nothing for a month, when I then emailed 1st August. I emailed again on 10th August, 25th August, and again on 5th September, all gone ignored.

I have not received a parcel, and have been scammed out of $10. This may not seem a lot but the principle is disgusting.

Avoid this website at all cost and delete emails from their company straight away. I am also from the United Kingdom so it is affecting people from all over the world.

I recieved this email from a Case Fetish social media rep:

She did not mention that I had to pay 10 dollars in shipping. I didnt end up ordering because that was a huge red flag that this was a scam. After futher investigating I realized that this EXACT email has been circulating since at least 2017. Theyve been repeatedly saying for years how there are only 100 codes, and 38 are already gone. That is FALSE. This business is a fake that is stealing hard earned money. Most people who unfortunately fell for this scam never even received their cases.

We run an Instagram account for our business and we were contacted through our email from a "representative" from Case Fetish with the following email:

"Hi, Thanks for getting back to me. I'm Glenda with Case Fetish and I wanted to reach out because we're looking to grow our Instagram presence and was curious to see if you would be interested in giving us a follow and/or shoutout on your page in exchange for a free iPhone case.

We did light research on the company and thought that the website looked legitimate as well as their social media account. We used the code to purchase the case, and only had to pay for shipping, however they did not send a confirmation or shipping info.

After waiting for a few weeks we contacted the company through the website as well as responded back to the original email. The website does not include a number to call or any additional info so we filled out the message form and received no answer. When we emailed the original person "Glenda" we received an immediate response, which was the same exact letter from the first email. We sent another email to the same account to see if we would get the same response and we did.

It was after this that we began to dig deeper and realize this company has been scamming other influencers.

Scammed me out for $10 and other people. Other people have gone through the same thing. I have done many things to get into contact with them but no response. It looks like they only do the promotion to instagramers with a lot of followers. I would like to get my money back and for them to stop.

I received an email offering me a discount code for a free phone case, just pay $10 shipping. Website and social media looked legit so I purchased. One month later, no package and no information. Haven’t received any updates. Complete scam.

I got an email explaining that they seen my instagram. they gave me a promo code for 100% off. i later on seen videos on a maybe scam.

- Suffolk, VA, USA

received an email, ordered a phone case, havent received it. i tried contacting them MULTIPLE times (both the person who first emailed me and the “support” email) and still havent heard back from them. they said that they received my order but its been well over a month and i still havent gotten the shipping notification

Received an email stating they would like to offer a free case in return that you promote their product. Once you place an order you're directed to pay for shipping. After that, the money is taken from the account and they go off the grid basically. No contact via company website or the "rep" that originally contacted you

- Johnston, RI, USA

I was contacted via my Instagram contact button to "email" me. A person named "Jacquelyn Martinez" emailed me asking if I could follow them on Instagram and promote their product. This is part of the email of what they wanted me to do "You can visit our website to get one case of your choice free. Use coupon "GET100CNS" and you'll get 100% off at checkout. This offer is valid until this month or until 100 cases are given away (there's only 38 left as of today). " I did research online and found on Youtube, Instagram hashtag #casefetish, blogs, and on here the ScamPulse.com that its the same scam they are still running. I luckily did not go and buy the product. I just want to let people know that they still are scamming people with the same promises. Their terms of service and privacy policy on their site also does not work when you click on it. Which to me, is a red flag.
