I do not know for sure if this is a scam. I ordered and paid for a phone case from Case Bay through an add I saw on Facebook. I made the purchase on May 9th 2018, and it is now May 30th and i have not received the product. I have made around a dozen attempts to make contact, and a half dozen emails over the last two weeks, and have received no replies. When i call the support phone number, I get an answering machine. They have not been available for 9 calls, and 8 left voicemails to them, and still no action or contact from them.
