I ordered a phone case from Casebus in mid-December. I received a "your product has been sent" email around that time. When I checked the status with UPS it was clear it was lost. It originally said "out for delivery" and then later that day it gave me an anticipated delivery date of 2 weeks out. I contacted Casebus at the email (they do not answer their phone number listed on the website) and inquired. They kept telling me to "have patience". By the end of one month I told them to check on the status to confirm lost and to issue me a refund. They said they could not issue a refund and to "have patience". I tried multiple times to contact them over the last 3 months and only received a response when I made a threat that I was going to report them. Each time it was from the same woman, Rachel, and said "sorry for delay, have patience". Nothing about it was professional and was only in response to threats to report them as I was usually ignored. I again demanded a refund and finally, 3 months later, she said they would look into it and if lost issue me a refund. I told her it was clearly lost (3 months later) and to issue me a refund. They continue not to respond despite follow ups and requesting to speak with manager.
