I ordered a phone case from this company December of 2019. I recieved an order confirmation to my email and the money was taken out of my account. I waited for my order to ship and after a few weeks I started emailing the company with no response via email. I also called a number that I found on a advertisement email they sent out to customers but that number is not on their website. When I called I was sent to voicemail so I left a message as well as a couple more. Finally after about a month from my order date I received a call back from the supposed owner explaining that the case I ordered was damaged and they had to wait until they recieved more to send me another one. She also tried to confirm my email and she had almost the right email but one number was wrong and said that was the email they were trying to contact me with, even though I recieved my confirmation and ads through my correct email. She said she could give me a refund or I would recieve my replacement in two weeks when the shipment came in. She seemed genuine so I said I would wait. Again after a couple weeks I did not recieve the product, I tried emailing calling and leaving messages and comments on their facebook page. They blocked me from commenting and messaging them on facebook and I have never heard from them again. I called my bank and explained what happened and they said they can only dispute purchases within 30 days and the lady I talked to probably new that and was just stringing me along so that I couldn't dispute the purchase. This company advertises that they donate part of their profits to all these charities which is probably untrue as well.
