I made a purchase through Casetify on December 15, 2024. They sent an email stated that the product was shipped. There was no indication on when I could expect to receive my items. USPS only ever updated that they were still waiting for the package to be "be received". I kept checking the USPS website, only to see the same "update" as before. In early January I reached to Casetify to follow up on the status of my order. My email was ignored. I waited a little while longer and sent a two follow-up emails to again check the status. Finally, to my surprise, I received a reply from Casetify. They said "thank you for your recent purchase, and we apologize for the complications experienced; we believe that USPS may have lost the item during delivery. Mind you USPS NEVER received the item. They offered a replacement. Which I gladly accepted. (I had ordered from them before with no issues). I followed up with yet another email and was not replied to for 2 more days. When they did reach out this is what I was told, "we are unable to proceed reshipment with other item for your as that is no order modifications". They continued to email me through 2 different persons, both of whom jumped back and forth through two separate email addresses. At which time they stopped helping me and sent me a survey. I felt that that was laughable. My financial institution informed me that there would be a refund. Casetify keeps emailing me and asking me to change my review for negative to positive. I refuse to do so. BUYER BEWARE. Keep all email correspondence for proof.

I placed an order (order number 22555291) with Casetify on their website and received only 3 out of the 4 items. I contacted their customer service team and provided photo evidence of the items I received and the empty but intact wrapping boxes that they came in. They refused to admit there's any fault on their end. They claimed that they've already looked into it and USPS should be responsible because the package that they shipped has the weight of all items. This is suspicious because a) no weight was indicated on the USPS website shipping page 2) they include inside packaging that are manually packed, which would increase weight and unless the person packing it can recall exactly how it's wrapped, this weight of the total package is not valid 3) They keep calling me the wrong name throughout the communication, indicating they've not read my complaint well or look up my order detail.
