The company's name is Caseule. They were running an ad for discounted Ariat jeans/clothing. I placed an order for 3 pair of jeans and 1 top totaling $41.51 on August 19, 2024. It said the shipping time was 2-7 days. When I asked for an update 11 days later they told me that their shipping could take 7-30 days and gave me a tracking link for the package to a site www.track718.com. I continued to watch the package status updates which would sometimes give and update and date prior to the actual current date. It said it was delivered on September 25, 2024. We have cameras all around our home, and no package was ever delivered. I reached out to the company, they apologized and said they talked to their courier who would not compensate me for the items, however they would resend the order to me free of charge and it would take 7-15 days. I told them as long as it was really here within 7-15 days I would accept the package. September 27th I contacted the company asking for a new tracking number so that I could track the package daily. The company responded the same day and said they were packing it to ship and that sometimes take 3 days. I emailed again asking for the tracking number on October 1, 2024. The company responded back on Oct 1st with a tracking link to a site www.618track.com. As it happened before, the tracking site showed a packaged delivered on October 8, 2024. There was once again no package and the cameras around our home showed that no package was delivered. I exchanged emails back and forth with [email protected], with me insisting on a refund, them only promising a 70% refund because the products were already deeply discounted. I eventually got them to agree to a full refund. The company said it would take 15-25 days, and I told them due to the length of time, I expected a full refund immediately (this was on October 17, 2024). I then received an email on October 19, 2024 with the subject Update on Your Refund from [email protected] stating the refund was processed on October 18, 2024 and if I had any questions or needed further assistance I could contact [email protected]. If you click to reply to the email, it then directs you to a different email address [email protected]. I looked at my account and I see a refund of $8.30 on October 18, 2024 from a company listed as MYXIVEFASHIONSHOPSN 912-9470372 NY. I don't know who all of these other email addresses or company names are, but I ordered clothing from Caseule that never arrived, they have been stringing me along for 2 months now, and still have yet to refund my money
