I scheduled 3 appointments and everytime she/he cancelled due to someone's death. She claimed she doesn't accept Groupons any longer but they are appearing valid on Groupon. She cancelled 2-3 hours prior to the appointment the same day claiming someone died. Some customers complained that their groupons are marked as redeemed without any provided service. I enclose the text messages received from her.
