Family member never received money

I found this company via intranet. I paid 200.00 by zelle. 150.00 was supposed to be delivered and 50.00 was the fee. As to date they never received money that was suppose to be deposited. I initiated a chat with them and as soon as I stated. Money was never received, they never responded.

I contacted this place to put money on my son's books. I was told that the money would be available to him the next day so he sent me an invoice via email and on the invoice it states how to send him the money. On Monday morning @ 1:00 am in the morning, I received a call from this guy that worked at cash 4 jail asking me "where are you from" then he started talking very vulgar so I hung up. I contacted them the next day to see if there's an issue and to see why I received a call from him @ 1:00 in the morning. He sent me a text saying he was sorry because he contacted me in error. 2 days later, I found out that the money never was placed on my sons books. I contacted the cashiers office at the jail facility and was told that no one from cash 4 jail placed money on my sons books. This guy is a fraud and I am reporting him for taking $99.99 dollar from me via Zelle. He said he sent the invoice and that was proof enough then completely cursed me out and hung up. I do have a text from him inquiring about the 1:00 am call as well as the invoice.
