Type of a scam Family/Friend Emergency
Could not attach the active permanent and approved Polcie report -please please look this report up and review as the cash app support teak has now officially denied my being able to get a refund from this scam - this was the 3rd time they’ve followed up to say I don’t have sufficient evidence and that they aren’t going to be responsible and I have taken every last step possible to try and get my money and this scam taken care of - this third time they have confirmed that after “completing investigation & not finding sufficient evidence “ when there is zero evidence to provide that ive done 1 single thing to slow all of my money to be taken from me by an imposter and website scam they have actually let continue and not payed a dime to their customers back for in return for letting them fall prey to this very well cloned website and service they could easily have shut down & payed customers back for long ago - Instead they are focused on the script and making sure they don’t pay a dime to anyone I hope cash app is out of business and that square cash is held liable - after seeing what I’ve seen online in just a matter of days - they have allowed innocent people already victim to money being stolen / their bank accounts accessed by scammers and hacked devices to top it off - & they have made it both impossible to be reached on a phone but also have trained their entire staff bottom to top to say w the right thing and ask just the right questions to make sure customers are robbed blindly and never see a refund for this security breach of their system and app & our hard earned money during. A pandemic
The story from my relative is the only story I have - I did not fall for this scam my relative did - She was the one who called me for help and I have no reason not to believe that she was on the phone with the tech support person and not being scammed I ended up losing all my money not her and she can’t pay me back for it because she was entirely broke that’s why she called these people has a little funds she had left were stolen- and then they assisted in stealing all of my money for helping her while she sat on her device in Hawaii and I helped her from my device in Mn - not knowing that agreeing to her request to open and use my cash app to help her & the tech support agent on the phone with her - not me to “verify and secure her account “ by literally hacking and controlling her device & without consent or my knowing any of this across the country in MN - thinking this was her not an imposter - i immediately thought something was off when she said they were controlling her phone - and I requested a refund and blocked her & reported it to cash app - and tried. Myself to look up a number to call someone - only to find out - had my relative done her research and not been so frazzled by someone breaking into her. App & all of her associated accounts - she would have seen what I saw - they don’t have a phone. Number - and later I learned from cash app -
Their policy is that when you get your money stolen and the criminal and thief is successful Cash App isn’t responsible it’s your loss there’s nothing they’ll do for you I filed a police report with law-enforcement they said they would comply they got back to me saying the investigation prove there wasn’t any evidence of think that I didn’t send all of my money away to my cousin in fact they are saying that because we sent money to each other before and us because they had two customers who use their services and sent money to each other with their services that we are to blame for the fact that their services got us hacked and got all of our money and privacy and secure information and id’s taken away by scammers online from anywhere in the world - they have since gained access to all of her bank accounts - They have tried to make IDs this is a huge effort and huge responsibility that Cash App needs to pay the price for and six Square Cash is an enormous company with more than enough reason to continue this and never pay a dime back to innocent relatives trying to help people out in an emergency when they’ve had their money stolen - and they won’t pay people back with no reason to feel like they will be held accountable -I am so discouraged at the amount of complaints on the BBb reported list right now - about the same exact scam- and nothing has. Been done ?!

PleaSe do something - this is insanely unfair ...I see accounts and stories on her from 2019!!! Of single mothers and poor poor sick family members having been devastated and nothing has been done to force this company to pay people back ?$? The website is still offering ?! I will speak to anyone and out in public or in court - I will say what happened to anyone - anywhere - just do something about it so I can
