I applied for a loan online. This number 714-331-0050 called me stating I was approved for the loan and knew all my information I used for the loan. All my personal info and work number. During the conversation they asked for my bank info and password to my online bank account and my user name I refuse to give it to them as they tried to convince me they had a good rating with the BBB. I was not buying their pitch after they told me all my info. I felt they could have called for this information. Just felt uneasy with the conversation and knew they were trying to scam me. They may try to use my info in identity theft nervous they are already using my info as I get an overload of different types of emails to my email.

I WAS APPROVED FOR A LOAN OF *** AND THEY EMAIL ME THE DOCUMENTS AND THEY REQUESTED THAT i PAY A PERSONEL INSURANCE PROTECTION FOR 150.00 SO i DID THAT . THEN TODAY THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY COULD NOT PUT THE MONEY INTO MY NAVY FEDERAL ACCOUNT BECAUSE THE BANK WOULDN'T EXCEPT THE FUNDS. I COULD STILL GET THE LOAN BUT I WOULD NEED TO PAY FOR MONEY GRAM OR WESTERN UNION AND I NEEDED TO PAY UP FRONT THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS. I REFUSED TO PAY 6THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND I DO WANT MY *** BACK.

They wanted to loan me $3000 and said it was approved. But they never could transfer to my bank. They gave me the run around and kept hanging up on me. I feel like they were just getting my information from me. If there is any way to keep them from stealing my identity please do so. I told them I was reporting them to ScamPulse.com and they begged me not to.

I am not certain this is a scam so I do not want to talk to the media. I was smart enough to tell them to forget the loan and that I was reporting them. Please check this out

I looked for a loan company on the Internet. I was contacted by phone. Mike was one I talked to often, James was the supposed loan officer. Mike's cell phone number is 1-650-653-8329, James cell phone number is 1-703-260-6702. They said I qualified for a $5000 loan. With my credit report they deposited $830 in my account. The check was fraudulent, it was from Edward Jones. My bank put a hold it, they discovered that the check was no good. Mike, before my bank got in touch with me, kept calling. He told me to go to Wells Fargo and get an Easy Pay Card, that they would put $830 on the card. I was supposed to send the money back with a guarantee of a deposit of $5000 when I returned the $830 which would give me a better FICA score. I should have known better, but I am in a desperate situation. I really thought, after talking and asking Mike if it was a scam that he was honest. I have to much faith in mankind. Thank God my bank had my back. At 62 years old I should have known better. You are never too old to learn.
