Scammer claimed to be rich and need gas money to drive to Florida, offered gold for cash.

Calls you over and offers you a ring and then a gold chain while telling you his story.

Asked for a phone number to return the money. Eventually he asked for $200 before giving up.

Scammer was in passenger side while having a driver with him. Car was a White Dodge SUV.
