Scammer pretended to be actual cash giraffe resulting in extensive loss of time playing games and never receiving rewards listed for such. Email and password requested by scammer has been manipulated and changed resulting in personal and private information being accessed and subjected to public view and unlimited access completely unauthorized by myself. Effects due to the scam and fraudulent behavior from a cash giraffe impersonator has not only been excessively deceptive and damaging in all areas of my own personal loss of private information but has also resulted in damaging effects upon my device used daily which are irreversible and can not be fixed. The fraudulent cash giraffe imposter app, referred to above, was installed onto my device, Samsung S23 Ultra, which incurred extreme loss of function on the entire device even when trying to perform a simple task. Simple task example would be sending and responding to messages from contacts. Screen will freeze up, flicker, glitch, flip to another random screen unrelated to task currently at hand, disappearance of conversations with some contacts via text messaging. Other examples of unauthorized behavior have been the public circulation and exploitation of personal and private pictures of loved ones during the grieving process during time of death. Other apps on my device used for finances and business have been compromised as well. One of those being Cash App, another being PayPal.

I am currently seeking legal counsel for compensation of monetary loss on my Samsung S23 device and more importantly the exploitation, unlawful access to personal and financial information resulting in public humiliation and financial hardship from time loss with no compensation as promised.
