I was calling to dispute charges made. Found a number using google to call. He identified him self as Patrick and gave me his personal line in case we were disconnected, told me save it in my phone. Then told me to download a app called Quick Support so he could view my screen. I did think anything was wrong with that because I had done something similar with amazon tech support. That was my second mistake. He told I had to these virtual transactions to clear my account of red flags via bitcoin. 3,000 just gone from my bank account. He tells me they are fake pending funds and their sever was experiencing some delays that’s why I haven’t received the fund’s. All lies. After I did another search for Cashapp I found the real customer service and a message that stated the don’t even have live customer support only email support. Meanwhile I have been robbed! Be ware of live Cashapp support
