The scammer ran an ad on Instagram, selling music equipment at low prices. I saw a piece of equipment that I needed, so I purchased it. So I thought. When I had not received my equipment within 10 business days I contacted them via email, they Did Not have a contact # Only an Email address.(The number that I put in on this form was my personal contact, because the form would not allow you to continue without providing a number). They strung me along stating that the order was on its way. After 10 more days I contacted them again and I was told that it must have gotten lost in transit, and that they would refund my money and that it would take at least 5 to 10 business days. I have not yet received my product or a refund and I ordered this in mid May 2024. My last email to them was today 7/12/2024 about ORDER # 331551. Email address... [email protected]
