I received a call from my mom informing me that a man by the name of Frank Hernandez, Attorney for Casserty out of Los Angeles called her work and stated that I was supposed to be in court today. He said there is a warrant for my arrest and I need to call the court at (855) 420-4691 and refer to case number 2015-10124. He stated that I had been served with a summons to appear in court although I have not received anything. He refused to give my mom any information regarding what the case was about, so she hung up on him. After speaking with my mom I received a message on my work phone as follows - Please listen very closely to this important message. I am calling with the office of process service and dispatch, We are notifying the location, we do have a summons and complaint for court going out today on (My former name, also known as, name on my voicemail) Must be verified that she will be on premises to receive this, if you have any questions or concerns on this pending case, or if any changes must be made, contact the issuing agents legal office immediately at (855) 420-4691 case number is 2015-16796. I have had different family members receive the same types of calls for me from different numbers and they are always blocked. The calling number was also blocked on this message. The case number given on this voicemail was also different from the number given to my mom. When entering the telephone number into google, it comes up as a number out of Australia and I cannot locate any information on the company Casserty out of Los Angeles. They always threaten the same thing, stating that they are pursuing civil and criminal action against me and there is a warrant for my arrest. I told my mom it was a scam and she called Frank back and told him to stop trying to scam me. He asked my mom if she was my attorney and told my mom I can think whatever I want. She told him that she works for the Department of Corrections and that she will look into his company. He disconnected the call.
