Caster-genial is a scam website. The scam is paying for something and receiving something completely different. They will make it difficult for you returning the item for a refund even telling you that they will deduct money if the product is damaged during return postage witch they will not pay(have not received refund yet). What you get is something very cheap for the fraction of the cost that you have spend. The website itself is very misleading. You will get a 12cmx12cmx8cm box with a cheap watch witch they will send out to you and hope you will not complain or ask for a refund. I have ordered a super mystery box but received the box mentioned above. Even if you ask for a refund you will lose. What you see on their website and what you get is complete different. I will classify it as criminal. They only answered me through my paypal complaint and never offered to send me the item that I have purchased but rather give me a 20% discount. They even ask you postage from China and it is free for such a small parcel. It's not about the money but odacity of them to rip off people without any consequence.

It also says: The items in each package are random, but we guarantee that the total price of the goods in the box is much higher than the price you paid. So you can rest assured to buy! I have been trying to get the address to send the items back, but they won't give it to me. I have not received a refund. There are several websites on Facebook right now.
