I was searching for winter boots online. There was a certain style of boots I was looking for, and while I was searching for a specific style this company kept coming up in the search, so I checked it out . The prices were reasonable, and the boots were exactly what I was looking for. I was also impressed that they had every size and every color and all the boots that I was looking for. I didn’t see that as a red flag. I was just excited to find the size I wanted and also in a wide width, which is hard to find sometimes. I now realize I think that’s part of the scam. They really don’t have any sizes and they don’t have any shoes at all. I think it’s just a fake website. so I placed the order I received the confirmation email immediately and so I waited. One week, two week after the third week I said somethings going on so I reached out. I kept getting responses email responses that seemed computer generated, but they started sending me tracking updates so I said OK I guess my boots are on the way eventually. I didn’t realize that the Tracking updates should have been a red flag as well. They said things like now leaving origin country now entering destination country now being evaluated by customs of being processed by receiving facility, etc. now I look back and I see it was all just lies. I was never gonna get these boots. So I started searching them online and then I found all of these comments of people saying it’s a scam it’s fake. You’re either never gonna get your shoes or you’re gonna get the wrong size or you’re gonna get what you never ordered or a completely different shoe. at that point, I reached out to my bank. I told them to dispute the transaction. This was a fake company. I’ve been scammed and I want my money back from them. My bank was wonderful and contacted the merchant they told me to wait a certain number of days and if the merchant rep replies with the response or the merchandise, then the case would be solved.Well, wouldn’t you know the day that I heard from the bank that they’re going to pursue this company for an explanation, I immediately got a email with my tracking number saying that my boots were delivered. They were not either to this day. It’s been three months have never received my boots. I did get the charge reverse from my bank, and I let the bank know that the tracking number they sent me for the boots was a fake number. It was not US mail, FedEx, UPS, DHL, none of the usual shipping companies in America. It was a fake company delivery service called the initials JS, and the tracking number I tried it on multiple platforms and they all bounced back as a nonexistent format. So everything from beginning to end as a complete total sham. during the whole time I was emailing them about where is my order where is my order? They were sending me fake tracking numbers fake delivery updates. But now once my bank reverse the charge I have never heard from them again except to send me brand new emails trying to sell me some shoes. The gaul! Also, the website has no phone number anywhere. The only way to contact them is with email. Again that should’ve been a red flag, but I didn’t know at the time. But now since trying to find where my boots are, you will never find a phone number and you’ll never talk to a person. Every time you send a request for service or to have a question answered you will always get a blanket Email that answers like 12 different questions at once. Now looking back I see that that’s just a computer generated email that they sent to everybody anyone who sends a question to info@ casualcomfortsandal.com. We’re all getting the same email. There’s not a person involved and you’re never gonna get your shoes or if you do it won’t be what you ordered.. Another thing, their company address is Canada, but I kind of feel like you can’t trust that either. Who knows what country they’re really from? who knows where this fake portal is really located? Everything about it is a lie! but whatever you do if you ever see the name, casual comfort sandals click away ignore run and don’t ever give them a penny.!

I was targeted via an Instagram ad on December 27, 2022 that took me to the CasualComfortSandal.com website to purchase chestnut colored boots - confirmation / order number ************ https://casualcomfortsandal.com/products/copy-of-womens-classic-mini-ii-winter-b... />
The website sent me a confirmation number / code and then they went radio silent (no responses back to me)

I began emailing them on January 6, 2023 asking them for an update on the status of my order since I had NOT yet received tracking information. I emailed them again on January 9, 2023 and again on January 11, 2023 with still NO response. On January 11, 2023 I attempted to call the number listed on their website ((714) 409-9188) of which when I called the number it said "number not in service".

This is a scam and I want my money back but I also want their website down so this stops happening to people. I am sick of internet scammers.
