I placed an order for a T-shirt and stickers on Sept. 1 and received a confirmation email - but when I contacted them again on Sept. 18 and asked them if my order would arrive by Oct. 2, I got an email response assuring me it would. I emailed them again on Sept. 28 and was told it was in the final stages of processing and would be shipped next week! Uh, no - that's not what you promised! I emailed them to cancel the order and filed a claim with PayPal for a refund. What I got was a flurry of emails either repeating the same canned excuse about it going out next week or asking me not to cancel. I have escalated my claim with PayPal and continue to demand the website refund my money.

Update: They ignored my request for a refund and after Paypal contacted them - lo and behold! They issued a tracking number! I finally got my order a week later, over a month after I placed my order. I firmly believe I never would have gotten my order if Paypal hadn't intervened.

I placed the order online on August 22 2023 and received a confirmation email right afterwards from them stating the bill of sale, order number and a them saying they are getting my order ready for shipping. On September 12th i contacted them inquiring about my order and 2 days later they apologized for the delay and that it was due to "such as unexpectedly high demand" ( their words) it will be shipped out in the next day or two. Well ive asked them for a refund 3 separate times and since all communication is through FB messenger i can tell they read my message but never answered. I just want my money back. I went to their page and apparently this happens alot..so i figured i would at least get someone to check them out.
