I am writing to express concern and file a complaint regarding the significant disparity between the advertised services and my actual experience as a client at this facility. Their website listed various therapy options, including yoga, individual and group sessions, cognitive, equine, and massage therapy, yet none were provided. Instead, I attended basic art and mindfulness groups. Additionally, I witnessed unacceptable practices, including unauthorized staff handling medical specimens. My enrollment was terminated without explanation or provision of a continuity plan, solely due to insurance constraints, and I was transferred to another rehabilitation center without notice or support.
