I was contacted for a Customer Service Representative remote position at Catalent. The pay was said to be $28/hr with training at $20/hr. Initially, I received a text message with the information, and was "assigned to Mr Wright for briefing/interview" through WhatsApp +1(502) 209-9872. They also provided a verification code. I contacted Mr Wright and he said the interview is message based. I later asked for Mr Wright's introduction and he introduced the company and himself as "Nicholas Wright, an HR Specialist at Catalent Pharma Solutions".
