My Wife ordered 2 items from this company priced at $7.93 and $6.95, in a few days they came. a few days later I noticed on our Credit Card account 2 charges of over $100 each. I notified my Credit Card Company that these were not our charges, and they put them on hold. We contacted the Catalog Merchants by phone and asked about these charges, after a very unpleasant conversation with the Sales Rep. we were unable to come to an agreement. We informed them we were not paying these 2 charges as we did not order anything else. Our Credit Card company canceled our Credit Card # and issued us new cards. A day or 2 later the Catalog Merchants Co. credited our account with the charges, so we did not have to pay these charges. The matter is resolved, however I think this is very close to being a Scam, if I had not checked and complained, we would have been charged with these unauthorized orders. I would advise anyone to avoid this so called company. ***** * ********* ************
