I had a similar incident when I ordered 1 Swiveling Cheese Board on February 2, 2021. I emailed customer service and was told to check my local post office and my mail box. There was nothing in either location. Then I was assured that a replacement had been sent and I would receive tracking information. I have been waiting for the tracking information since May 4, 2021. I think this is a scam website.

I ordered 2 swiveling cheese boards from an online vendor and finally was promised delivery after waiting several months. They apparently substituted 2 Mreurio mens watches which arrived today. I have emailed a complaint and am uncertain what to expect in return. The purchase price of the cheese boards was $39.80, including postage.

I am interested to learn of similar scams or any suggestions to demand a refund or return the watches.
