I ordered a dress for my husbands work holiday party from catchallstore.com. The dresses were cute and they had reviews with pictures, so I thought this was a good sign! I ordered it 3 weeks in advance, which I thought would be a reasonable advance since it was coming from China. Well I’m checking the tracking and it did make it to the United States. Illinois to be exact. But it was “stuck” there for about a week. I contacted catchall through email (you will see there is no way to contact them through phone), and no one got back to me. I tried the online chat service multiple times, and each time I would t get a response until 3 hours later? Who has that kind of time to sit and wait for a response?! I emailed once more threatening to leave poor reviews, contact the BBB, and blast them on social media. Again, no response. I sent them a message on their Instagram account. Nothing. So I took a picture of my tracking and order number, posted the pictures to my Instagram tagging catchall, and let the whole world know my problems with this website and to NEVER order from them. The day after I received an email that said “merchant issues refund” hahah!! Oh but now, they are having trouble refunding the bank used… so now I just have to file a dispute with my credit card company. This has been a horrible experience and I joke I can save the next person from ordering here! Such a scam.
