I am not sure if it was a scammer but a person pretending to be my girlfriend told me about a Gradient Grant Community Outreach Support Program. And I was skeptical but I got in touch with the agent. Long story short I applied for the grant and paid $1,000 for clearance and delivery fees. This just happened today October 14. I am supposed to get my grant money on Tuesday October 18. I wish I hadn’t of went through with it but the agent said that I would have to pay $500 or me and my husband would be arrested if I decided not to apply! So I followed through with the application. Now I have found out for sure that my friend didn’t contact me it was truly someone pretending to be her! So am I in trouble?
