Flat out scam. Went as far as to report it to PayPal - claim denied because they provided proof of shipping - took that tracking number to UPS. UPS now has a claim out on them as well. According to UPS records they are an AMAZON company - or at least that's the info they gave to UPS. They "shipped" to a bogus address not even remotely close to mine - so obviously a fake to give to PayPal. UPS admits that it wasn't delivered but with little to no information on the company there will most likely be no refund. This is my only recourse. I will also be posting on social media. People like this really suck my cats are like my kids and I feel very taken advantage of. There's a special place in hell for people like this. DO NOT PURCHASE!
