Searched on line for a specific replacement filter for a cat water fountain This site Catfeeders.com came up in the search When placing the order through PayPal a PayPal invoice came up with the name Qiwei Liao PayPal rejected the invoice due to possible scam but the payment went through After putting a claim in to PayPal they immediately refunded my account The week before contacting PayPal I sent a website message to the company about not receiving an invoice from their company and no shipping update Never received a reply from them No phone number provided on their web site so was unable to call them One other strange occurrence was after paying Paypal a notification came on my phone that it was being tracked. I could not find any other info on this I did reset my Paypal password. Never found out if that was due to this purchase and no further phone notifications popped up on my phone
