Type of a scam Online Purchase
Minus (-) 5 stars but have to settle for one (1) star which they absolutely don't deserve! I ordered one (1) Cat Flower Water Fountain w/ 6 extra filters all together totaling approx. $49.98, back in March 2021. My order has continuously showed as "unfulfilled" in their inhouse automated order tracking system. I have sent several emails (at least one per month since April 2021) and have never received a response from the Caturday business. So I have no products that I ordered, they have my money, and I have no recourse at this point as it's been all most a year since placing my order. Consumers beware! Do not order from this company, they're scammers and will only happily take your money and give nothing in return!! I don't know why they're allowed to continue ripping off unsuspecting consumers this way. Shame on the legal system in this country.
