I was told by Joel Robinson in WASHINGTON DC 20007 that if I sent him 650.00 dollars he would send me a Calavier puppy. I did send the money for the puppy. Never received the puppy or my money. I have all email that we discussed about the shipment of the puppy, and how I owed him more money because the puppy couldnt be sent unless he had a crate. This was never mentioned. The dog is supposed to be registered with the number 0211394. (The pets relocation service) This action was to have happened on 5/10/ 2018. I have all paper work. He even sent me a picture of his license, which I believe is fake. I emailed him asking him for a return on my money. Never received it.

His phone number is (757 574 0228). Never received the money back. I have all paper work.
