We purchased two compost units from the website. The price was reasonable and the address was USA. When I saw the purchase on PayPal I discovered it was a Chinese company, my first red flag. When the product didn't arrive on time, we contacted them and they gave us a tracking number that showed it waiting for shipment in China. I requested a refund which they denied explaining the pandemic. I insisted because of their deceptive practice (pretending to be a USA company). I reported the problem to our credit card company. They showed the credit card company the product shipped so the company ruled in their favor, we are disputing. Yesterday (we ordered compost April 27 and July 24 we received in the mail two disposable face masks from China). When we checked our tracking number it showed our units were delivered yesterday in our mailbox. (How do you fit two compost units in a mailbox?) The Chinese address was: Edmund Wu, company DFW, No 68 Liming Road hushan Lingxi; Town Cangnan county, WenZhouShi Zhejiang 325800, China. When I googled, I discovered two others reported a similar scam from different websites but the same person, Edmund Wu.
