For the past 8-9 years I have been harassed by the old woman who calls from CB collections, she states that I have an outstanding debt with a city water Dept. Which I knew right away was false, I called the water Dept. And confirmed there were no outstanding balances in my name and I have changed my number several times and this creepy old woman continues to harass me weekly! It’s weird and I don’t know how to get her to stop I have literally been irate with this woman and she will turn right around and call me back!!! I’m tempted now to file a harassment suit against her and claim personal damages for the frustration and torment I have every time she calls or leaves a message!! Please - Help!
