Rip off company

This company is a rip off I moved out of the home due to mold. They charged me $7000 after move out to a company call rhino that they made me get in’s through Maintenance is also horrible. If this has happened to you please follow compliant with the Better Business Bureau this company needs to be shut down I was wondering why would they have a standing outside of a leasing office who is because they are getting over on everybody they cancel your work orders and act as if they didn’t get them.
I suggest you screenshot everything that you talk about with this company because also they have a portal did you make payments on and you can file disputes on they close it out and then you won’t have access to the things you talked about so again make sure you screenshot everything you’ve talked about with this company that’s of money and maintenance

On July 21 , 2020 I contacted a realtor that supposedly was helping a private home owner to rent their home out , I reached out to the number that was provided on Facebook market we spoke on the phone thru email in text I made a appointment to see the property I get to the property around 2:00pm yesterday thinking he would be there but never came I called in text him he responded said bad reception so wtbs I waited he told me the key was in the mailbox but there was no key there so he text me in sent a link to open the door key box I had to turn my location on to enter the code that was texted to my phone I’m thinking nothing of because it seems so real once I viewed the home I was getting ready to leave another applicant came later that day I came back to the property to meet with my key he never showed someone else came in to view the home around 8pm today I decided to call the cb property again in asked them when was my move in date before I even got to ask he knew I was scammed he asked me if the guy asked me if the key was in the mailbox he said that the guy was so cold he not only did it to me he did it to 13 others my biggest problem if that company is allowing ppl to do that than I think it’s a inside job because there’s no way he is able to control their properties I sent this Stacy bissmeyer 900$ than 400$ it’s a lost but a well lesson learned I feel that it needs to be a stop to it in the cb properties should be more concerned about the scammers in get some type of protection so no one else loose their hard earned monies the way I did today so now I’m just lost in have no more money because of ppl like that if you think you can help me please contact me back thank you
