Like most people, I signed up for a free sample. Discovered layer that I was being billed $99.00 a month for a subscription I never confirmed. This is a Summary of the rip off language that you never see when signing up for a free sample:

I called customer service to cancel. She took my information and I cancelled the subscription. There is no reason why a company has to rip off people like this. In effect, you cannot cancel beforehand or before being charged due to the policy providisons they outline in their terms and Condtions, which are clearly desigend to rip you off.. Apparently you have 13 days to return the merchandise whether you receive it or not. If you don't return it in the 13 day window you don't get a full refund. But there are no guarantees that you will receive the product within 13 days, moerver, they will immeditalty ship out another jar or bottle and bill you $99.00 without you even knowing it. Stay away from these people. There are other businesses that don't have to rip you off t like this to get your business.

Just received a jar and bottle oil that I didn’t order. Will be calling tomorrow. Going back in the mail.

I ordered one tincture and one cream. I was very surprised to receive another jar of cream with no indication of price. I called 800-267-5213 and was told that the original order was a free sample for me to try and give them. I told them thast I was in no way accepting this and I wanted a full refund with no re-stocking fee, since I did not order this product. They said there was a bottle of tincture en route. They gave me an option which I refused, standing my ground on my first demand. I finally got them to agree to my original demand. Yes, I will be paying to mail it back. But my account will be closed and all monies refunded. I called the number 800-267-5213. It took a while and they heard a few choice swear words but in the end they 'promised me' I would get back 100% and my account cancelled. They were to send me via email a cancellation confirmation and a shipping label. We'll see.

Same scam as everybody else. Used the clickbait of Joe Rogan, sent me a tiny bottle of oil and lotion as a sample. Not even used it yet. Then I get a charge on my account for $84 and $95 within a week one from Dec 24, 2020 GETTOPSHELFGAINLIFEDIE and THEMYSTICDREAMLUMUSCLE . I called the customer service, they claim to be a neutral entity working for for these companies. It's an absolute scam and I will never see my cash again. Too good to be true, means it's just that! be warned.

I, too, was scammed. The clickbait was Joe Rogan. I was looking at a news story about Joe Rogan and the CBD Farm claimed that Joe Rogan had created it, because he was looking for the finest CBD products. This info made sense because Joe Rogan does promote health products. However, I found a $94.00 charge on my debit card. I did not authorize it. I will call the company. Even if I had wanted CBD oil, nobody pays 94.00 for a small bottle of CBD oil. I'm so mad. My credit union account was overdrawn, solely because of this unauthorized charge.

I was scammed by a click-bait ad on Facebook stating that Clint Eastwood had started a CBD oil company and various celebrities also provided their endorsements of Eastwood's product. He stated that the product was so effective that he would send you a free trial for just the cost of shipping $4.99. When I clicked to purchase the $4.99 trial they also offered the free CBD cream sample for an additional $4.99 shipping cost. I am pretty careful about reading the fine print and I did not see anything else about future shipments or charges. I did receive the products in about 5 days and they seem to be legit. However, in 2 weeks I received two suspicious $99 credit card charges apparently from CBD Farms, but I never received any additional products. I reported these two charges to my credit card company as fraudulent, received a credit and a new card with a new card number. Today, I saw this article where Clint Eastwood has apparently filed a lawsuit against these CBD scammers, stating that he has nothing to do with CBD or their false use of his name: https://hempindustrydaily.com/clint-eastwood-sues-cbd-companies-alleging-they-fa... https://hempindustrydaily.com/clint-eastwood-sues-cbd-companies-alleging-they-fa... />
Beware of CBD farms and Facebook click-bait. I see a very similar click-bait ad on FB now using Kevin Costner's picture and name to perpetrate this scam--don't click!

They used Peyton Manning as their spokes person saying it 'was his company that he recommended the use'. They offered a 'trial for free with $4.99 shipping'. There were no other catches displayed in the order form. I was charged $99. each for 2 products. They were rude on the phone when I called to complain and cancel. Big time scam...and what about using Peyton Manning for their fake advertising. Illegal!

SCAM.. Bought and received CBD oil .. A week later our bank contacted us to see if two $99+ charges were authorized.. They were not... The charges were traced back to CBD Farms (wholebodymindshop.com). Thank goodness for the fraud department of the bank!

Brought it one time, no where did it say I was agreeing to buy it monthly. On my credit card within a two-week they charged me $93.25, $89.11, $4.99, $5.99. Luckily my credit card company called me to see if these were legitimate I am mediately canceled my credit card and these charges were not paid. This is a scam. BEWARE

Learned of an opportunity to buy inexpensive samples of CBD Oil and CBD Cream, endorsed or owned by Bruce Springsteen, from CBD Farms. I paid, $4.99 and $5,99 respectively for the two products without realizing I was entering a subscription scam. After a few days, my credit card company texted me of subscription charges of $94.15 from THETRIPLESHAPEULTTESTO and $89.61 from GETLUXURYPUREHEATESTO. I declined both. Today my credit card had a pending charge of $89.49 from BUYSUPERPUREFIREGARCIN. Apparently, all three are interconnected. My credit card company gave me the following numbers to call to cancel my subscription: 1-800-267-5213 and 1-877-254-4193. I called the first and got the subscription canceled. I called the second and the CS rep verified that my subscription had been canceled. I am waiting to see my pending charge removed from my cc account. I am angry with myself for too quickly saying yes to what appeared to be a cheap deal to sample CBD products. Now I worry that these products are at best, worthless, or at worst, dangerous.

They scammed me out of $300. Called the number and received $80 back. Total rip off. I ordered a tincture for 5.99 and cream for 4.99. When I received another cream in the mail, i was like wtf? So i looked on here and read scam. So, I called the number and sure enough the charges were up to $387. I got $80 back. Read the terms if you do not call back in 10 days they charge you 98 for the tincture and 85 for cream. And then keep charging it every month. TOTAL RIPOFF SCAM

I ordered the CBD Oil from CBD Farms and the CBD Cream. When I called to cancel my subscription to the CBD Oil there wasn't a problem but when calling on the CBD Cream, they require me to send back my free unopen jar of the sample and pay a restocking fee of $19.99. CBD Farms said my order was cancelled so why are they going to bill a restocking fee on something that was a free trial for the price of shipping. SHAME ON CBD FArms

I ordered, what i thought was samples of your products, in Sept. I was billed $184 plus dollars for the products I was mailed. I have never been notified that I had to contact your prior to a certain date or i would be charged full price for the products i received - and consequently, i have been charged for the "samples" i received. I am contacting you because i feel like i have been scammed by your company and would like, if not all of my money refunded, at the very least, $94.
please respond to my email - [email protected]

I responded to the ad template that others describe, but the ploy was that Robin Williams had specified in his will that he wanted everyone to try CBD.

I got two products - both were effective, but the topical cream REALLY worked well on a damaged ankle and knee.

Then, I got greedy and availed my self to another offering - different company. Maybe.

That one resulted in a $99 charge, that my credit card blocked and informed me about.

On the original shipping charges for both, there is a phone number. Cancel the contract there.

CBD Farms CS sent me an email confirmation that the CONTRACT was cancelled. Yes, folks. The small print we click through.

The other arrangement was more difficult to break free from. They were quite difficult and punitive. I had to return the bottle. I have cheap Fedex at work. They refused to accept the pkg. It was returned and resent it UPS.

The characteristics of the customer service were the same for both: noisy rooms of many agents in India.

I repeat: CBD Farms = excellent product, responsive customer service.

BUYER BEWARE. Nothing is free. Read the fine print. If my ccard had not contacted me [undoubtedly having seen hundreds of such cases, and processed charge denial claims], I would be $200 poorer.

I ordered the Trial bottle, received it in perfect shape, NO future payments of any kind. I have no problem with the trial product. Funny, How I Received My Bottle and no one else did! HMMMM

Immediately after ordering online, checked bank account (already deducted); no indication of future withholdings. Tried online phone #; no way to speak with someone; emailed, no answer.. No product received within 10 days; If you don't contact almost immediately, they state $99 will be taken out of your bank; but no way to actually contact where they answer email or phone to state product not received and do not want anything else from them. Total scam

I, too, was taken in by he Peyton Manning ad. I received the product very promptly, then read the above. I called the customer service number on the packing slip to cancel any future products. I was given two options: 1. Send the product back (it had to be received within 7 days to meet the 13 day approval rule) or 2. Pay full price for the product I received and cancel any future subscription. I decided to pay the $19 rather than pay 1st class shipping by certified mail. I am very angry at myself as I know that nothing in life is ever really "free". There is always a catch. I certainly will be wiser in the future.

I saw the article that Payton Manning had started a CBD company with some of his famous friends. After reading all of the glowing reports of people who were helped with his CBD capsules, and Payton's own report of how much it helped him, I requested the FREE sample and paid the shipping.

Today I looked at my bank statement and saw that on the same date, two charges were paid out of my account for 99.82 and 99.89. I immediately called customer service and told them I did not order anything from them, had not received any product, and would not order anything from them because their product was useless. I got the usual run-around that when I ordered the FREE product, I also ordered more of the capsules as well as CBD oil, hence the two charges.

I requested that I be reimbursed for the total amount as I had not authorized any charges and had not received a product. They couldn't do that because I opened an account when I got the FREE capsules and agreed to receive the other products.

Long story short, after 20 minutes of talking to customer support, I was told they would reimburse 80.00, but that's the best they could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor. One was not available. I asked to speak to the supervisor's supervisor after telling the customer service person I was filing a complaint with several entities, including the FTC, the U.S. Attorney for my district for mail fraud, and BBB and social media. She put me on hold to get someone with power to talk to me. After a few minutes wait, she came back and said she had authorization to refund 60.00 on each charge, and they could do nothing more. A bird in the hand, etc. So I accepted the 120.00 for now. I thanked her and told her I knew it wasn't her fault, I was so sorry that she had to work for such a company in order to support herself and her family.

Now I am starting my reporting to FTC, etc.

By the way, there have been several celebrities who have started CBD companies, and each one (Halle Berry, Snoop Dog and another I can't remember) used the very same article that Payton did. What a coincidence!

My senior citizen Mom saw, what appeared to be, a news article (https://breadsalad.com/blogs/news/this-is-why-you-feel-like-youre-running-on-em... about Peyton Manning. It described how he started a company producing CBD oil since it had helped him so much. Then went on to say pharmaceutical companies were trying to shut him down so he decided to send out free samples to everyone - all they had to do was pay shipping. So she ordered the sample and payed the shipping fee. The next day I did some research and found out that it wasn't a news article at all and that it the company was not sending out free samples but was signing her up for a subscription. She immediately called them and asked to cancel the order. The customer service rep said they couldn't cancel the order because it had already been shipped. She then gave a RMA number that has to be included in order to get a refund. Return shipping is at my Mom's cost. She offered a reduced price for the bottle rather than a return. Mom explained that she did not want to do business with the company at all. Apparently you have 13 days to return the merchandise whether you receive it or not. If you don't return it in the 13 day window you don't get a full refund. But there are no guarantees that you will receive the product within 13 days.

I don't have any screenshots of the order process. But here is a link to the landing page from the ad with a new company name and address https://buynaturalgreens.com/promo/v1/index.php?affId=E1FB4730&c1=215378&... Nowhere on the page does it say you will get anything other than a free sample.

The product has not been received yet. I have heard they charged some people a restocking fee. And according to their terms the company decides whether or not to refund any money. So I don't know how well the return process will work, if at all. But I do know Mom is out shipping fees. I just wanted to let other people know about the shady business practices. Unfortunately the company changes its name and address so it will be hard to track.

I have heard other people saw the same "article" only with Snoop Dog.
