This began over 3 years ago. My 92 year old mother ordered some cbd pain products and gave this company her discover card number. They put her on auto renewal, but even after I discontinued shipments, they continue to say that there is an existing balance. I was told in Jan 23 that if I paid $268.56 the account would be paid in full, which I did. They continued to call and say that now there are other accounts open that have overdue balances. Each time they demand a different amount to “settle” the account. I have talked to multiple people who say that they’re account managers and these calls keep coming to mom’s land line at the rate of 5 per day. It has been very upsetting as the callers get very aggressive. The caller i.d. Never says elite cbd, but many other numbers. Now they’re using an oklahoma area code and the last call showed Penske trucks. Online, elite cbd shows a home address of Florida.

I saw on add on fb it said order now get 5 bottles for $60 with a special they were running.

I got a notice that I was charged 199.00 called and they offered me 50.00 off still a lot of money for $50.00 off and didn’t want to deal with the hassel.

I kept the gummies that were bogus and just yesterday a package arrived.

I saw the name didn’t open called immediately and notice they charged my bank account for over 149.00 without my consent.

I demanded a return of my money they offered 50.00 off again I said NO give me my money take your products.

I sent the unopened box back immediately today and wrote on their the RMA # 798ba22a1 to note on my box for return no shipping waiver at all just ship at my own expense.

I saw online many people complain on fb they were charging them revolving payments without consent. Please shut this fraudulent place down .

I expect this from overseas back not as much in the US

The initial Facebook advertisement was allegedly from a company owned by Paul McCartney, the musician. His company was giving away product for free if you pay only the $6.95 shipping charge. Several web pages (unknown URL) later I was sent to buyhillstone.com, where I filled out the payment form clicked on 'Place Order'. When I received the package, it was not a single product (bottle), but 5 of them. The product, clearly, was not the product advertised. I immediately contacted my bank and they told me that there had been a charge of $198 on my account. The bank investigated the company and concluded that it was a legitimate company and a legitimate charge. A month later I received an identical package and there was another $198 charge. When given the suggestion by the bank official, I closed the bank account. When I, myself, investigated further I came across many scam alerts in reference to the company including this one:

Several weeks ago, I requested, by email, a cancellation of my account, but I have not received a reply.

i bought 3 bottle;s on line, they sent and charged me for 6 bottles, the following month charged credit card 129.29 ,then i called them told them stop charging my card. next month charged my credit card 129.29 again
