We purchased a CBD pain relief product on facebook. The product was endorsed by Mike Holmes who we love and trust. The product was not what we thought we purchased when it arrived. It was simply Hemp oil, not labeled CBD and there was no DIN or NPN number that is issued by health canada. The product was supposed to cost 40$ canadian but it cost 350$ canadan!

We are having a hard time canceling the company from the credit card.
