Received an email for a purchase from this company and my credit card was charged fraudulently. No idea how they got my CC info or email address to place this order but it was a complete scam. Wrote them back to refund and they did but also had to cancel my CC.

I bought some gummies... paid 199.88.

I bought some gummies, paid 199.88... got them delivered on 6-5-2023,,, there was little information with the package... but found this website and I know it was a scam.
I am mad at myself for not checking . I am usually overly cautious..
I need to know where/how to get a refund.. and I can send them back.
The return address just says
Fulfillment Center PO Box 152762 Tampa FL 33684
I could not find their website.

This company originally sent the product I ordered with no problem. The problem is this........they signed me up for auto ordering without my knowledge and in the next month they sent more of the same product and charged me again. I contacted my credit card company and they sent letters to them asking to not charge any more.

I ordered CBD gummies of the website for Choice CBD gummies as it was falsely promoted by a Celebrity. The first order in Feb 2023 was supposed to be a $100 or but turned out to be a $200 or. I sent notice to the company and they were going to send a $100.00 refund. I knew them this website and company was a scam. It was verified today when I checked my credit card statement and noticed the company charged me for March and April on a subscription cycle, of which I never signed up for, and never received any additional products. The first order was sent to me in Feb and contained 5 months worth of meds, so why would

anyone order additional 5 bottles every consecutive month. This website and company is fraudulent and after half a day with speaking to Customer Service delocated for resolution, there was no resolve and no solution. The representative did offer me a $100 return fee and supposedly viewed paperwork that shows the items were delivered. There is no way they sent out more supplies because I never ordered them. Now, the website is unavailable.
