On Dec. 15, 2017 a man name Eric Nelson called at 2:15 pm. saying that I had very good paying history and that he could lower my high interest credit cards to 0 interest. This person never said that by getting my information he was going to open two credit cards in my name. He said that for a fee he could get me to lower my credit to 0 interest. Soon he transferred my call to another person Albert Rosse giving me a conf # where he had made a charge to one of my credit cards. To my surprised checked on my credit cards to see if the money had been made and no they had not. That raised a RED FLAG because never in a million years I thought these creeps had opened a DISCOVER CARD AND CITI CARD UNDER MY NAME. I called and they were giving me the run around, I called again very upset and requested answers where was my 0 interest? I was transfer again to another crook Jack Tunney and tried to convince me that they were going to help me save thousands. By this time I requested a refund and I told him that I was not going to activate the cards because I did not need more credit cards. Another crook jumped into the conversation yelling at me that he was going to close my credit cards and mess up my credit up to more than 100 points. I immediately called the credit card companies and requested to close those accounts that I myself had not requested. They reassured me that the accounts were closed and it was not going to affect me. Please leave this report on line so nobody gets taken. These scammers are horrible.
