My husband received a call yesterday stated that they needed to confirm surgery and they needed his DOB and to set up a date for surgery, but my husband is not suppose to have surgery.  They called again today to schedule surgery.  They did not say the persons name when they called or anything.  There is no one in my house hold going in for surgery.  I am going to call the hospital to see if there has been a breach.
