I tried submitting a port but it wouldn't let me

There is about 20 different people they said that won money on face book and now he is asking for information and there was somebody else that sent me to him saying they seen my name on there and when they wanted to know what it was about I tried to contact some of the people that says delivered but I have not had any response the lady that's in this picture is the one that sent me all the information

Received a fb message from a family member, asking if I have heard of the CDFA, Council of Development Finance Agencies, or if I've received my covid19 relief money from them. She said she received her "winnings", which was my first tip off. Then she said the amount was $80,000, which was another tip off. Then when I looked up the website for the organization, it seems like a legitimate organization, but they mention nothing about this grant. I reached out to family members and confirmed it's not my relative sending these messages. I did contact the phone number "she" gave me in the message, and asked for proof. They sent me a photo of a list of "winners", as well as a couple logos saying "grant approved", as if any of that proved legitimacy. They continued to badger me to fill out a form to receive my "winnings". I did no such thing.
