I believe they confirmed my name, I said "yes".
They then said I was entered to win a "$500 VISA Card".
I asked whatever they were trying to sell, I wasn't interested.
They said they weren't selling anything, then asked if I still lived in Delta.
I said "yes" again, and immediately realized it was a scam.
They said "thank you" and hung up.
I felt pretty stupid, but it was a real person calling and I was extremely busy and caught off guard.
I have been checking credit card and bank with no suspicious charges yet.
