I received a phone call from a lady who stated she was a arbitrator, to collect a debt for (The hospital) I will not name in this report. In the amount of $900.67. Either set a payment plan today of a minimum of $100.67, and 100 dollars for 8 months there after. If not, by after tomorrow they will garnish my bank account $2000, then freeze my accounts, and take out 25% of my earnings for the next ten years. I did some investigation on this matter and the hospital never heard of them and I did a search on here and others have filed reports. So I contacted my bank and now writing this report and also sent me a letter head with a fake file number.
