I’ve taken 35 detailed pictures so you can clearly see what I’m selling. Clean and clear title under my name on hand. I think it will make a great vehicle for anyone. If you are shopping for a vehicle, then you should know that there is a lot of junk out there, so don’t let this one get away!
The car has been kept in a garage and has only been used by my husband.
If you decide to buy it, you'll receive all the papers, owner manual, keys, a buy-sell contract already signed by me and the clear title.
Let me know if you have any questions.
She sent me an invoice to proceed with the purchase using Escrow.com. Only problem is that it was asking me to use bitcoin as payment. That made me very suspicious, so I looked it up on escrow.com and it said that any payment that isn't a wired transfer is a scam when using escrow.com services. On top of that I got a call late at night after confronting her about it, the call was from a lady saying that she works for escrow but, the number she was using didn't match the contact number on the official website. And she was asking me when I was going to complete the transaction. When I asked id it's a habit of escrow to call people late at night, she said that she was calling to confirm that I received the invoice. It's actually insane the lengths these people go to. I mean how insane is this scam? Anyway, stay safe out there and be super suspicious, it will save you money.
Selling a car way below the market value
The person replied saying that her name was Cecelia Marie Klisus and confirming that the price of the car was $1,300. When I said that I wanted to see the car, I got the following email:
The car is in a storage garage in the Indiana Army National Guard and in case it gets sold I will take care of the shipping process.
I'm in the army with my military medical team and right now I am in a military base. We are training, getting ready to leave the country. Before leaving I had prearranged the deal with OfferUp services so my presence isn't necessary. The delivery process will be managed by me. I think I can have it there at your home address within 2-3 working days. It will come with a clear title and reg and everything is working perfectly. You will have 5 days to test and inspect the car prior to making any purchase. They won't give me any money until you receive and test the car for 5 days. I need to know if you are interested so I can ask OfferUp to send you the details on this deal. If interested please include in your next email your contact info for OfferUp (full name, shipping address and phone number), so we can get the ball rolling.
I will also attach some pics below
It is very unfortunate that people still fall for this.

Dear eBay and eBay motors, and Cecelia Marie Klisus.
My name is Denita Ngwu, and On June 29th, I initiated interest in a food truck owned by the following party Item: 7x14 Gwen Food Trailer Order ID: #95123578968 Seller: Cecelia Marie Klisus.
The Seller informed me that the 7x14 Gwen Food Trailer was still for sale. The Seller gave me an overview of what I would be purchasing and the condition of the 7x14 Gwen Food Trailer.
The Seller also informed me that if I did decide to purchase the food trailer, I would have five days to inspect it once it is delivered to your address. The Seller gave instructions at this time on the location of the food trailer; it was located in Lawrence, KS. The Seller also stated that the shipping was already paid and that I didn't need to worry. The Seller went on to give more information on the last attempt at a sale
regarding the buyer and the arrangements to ship the trailer with the following trucking company (eBay) and not being able to be refunded for the delivery.
The Seller insured that the costs of delivering the food trailer to my address would be of no cost to me if you purchased the food trailer. After I decided to buy the food trailer, I was given instructions on the next steps by the Seller. The Seller informed me that I would need to perchance I would need to buy with cash eBay Cards; the Seller also advised me to go to 2-3 different stores to purchase them because I know from my husband that some stores have a limit of cards (you can go to CVS, RITE AID, FAMILY DOLLAR, DOLLAR GENERAL, 7-ELEVEN) to purchase the gift card for purchase of the food trailer. On June 29th, I also received an invoice detailing the sale of the 7x14 Gwen Food Trailer.
The invoice also gave instructions on payment options to complete the transaction. An email was sent to me by eBay Motors regarding information concerning the invoice for your item 7x14 Gwen Food Trailer that was attached to the email sent on June 29th with instructions and to remember that I have 48 hours to complete the payment for my transaction. eBay Buyer Protection sent this email. eBay Motors also attached, if needed, the eBay department phone number of 1 (669) 529-0029. I also was instructed to reply to the email to confirm if I received the invoice for payment.
On June 29th, I purchased one American Express gift card from Walgreens for $500 and two Best Buy gift cards, one for $100 and one for $200. I was then instructed to call the eBay Department: +1 (669) 529-0029. I was instructed by a staff member for the eBay Department to the email sent to me and instructions of attaching clear pictures (front and back) of every card and the receipt from the store. This was completed on June 29th.
I received a follow-up email on June 29th from eBay Motors that they had received my money transfer for my transaction of $800.00 US, and everything was in order with your payment. The shipping process has been approved to start at your registered delivery address: 2930 146th Street West Apt 235, Rosemount, MN 55068. The five-day inspection period will begin when the delivery is completed at your registered shipping address; the Estimated Arrival time will be Monday, July 3rd, 2023 afternoon around 5:00 PM. Of Item: 7x14 Gwen Food Trailer My Order ID: #95123578968
The Buyer: is Denita Ngwu, and the Seller: Cecelia Marie Klisus.
On Monday, July 3rd, I did not receive my purchase of the 7x14 Gwen Food Trailer. I called eBay Department: +1 (669) 529-002. The same staff member informed me that there was an issue regarding my shipment.
And that I should have received an email. I told the eBay representative I did not receive an email regarding my food trailer purchase. On July 3rd, I received an email after calling eBay Department.
That they wanted to thank me for my excellent cooperation! The email stated that eBay Motors they were able to confirm that my funds were deposited with eBay and that they have been safely secured into a trust account, and that they would be responsible for the security of my funds.
The email went on to inform me of an issue regarding your shipment. The Shipping Process of your item was stopped because your product is not insured. There are two Insurances: Insurance for the five days (Inspection Period) and another for transportation. The Seller paid for the Inspection Period Insurance. Still, since the item was valued by our Department more than the price you agreed with the Seller, you and the Seller need to make a fully refundable $1,600 deposit because the item was undervalued. So we decided for both parties to pay $800 each. eBay assured me that I was 100% covered and you have a Money Guarantee for this transaction.
The email clarified that the Insurance the Seller paid does not cover the new Insurance we need to continue with the delivery; the shipping process is on hold. The trailer that was transporting your item is also transporting two other products. The other buyers already paid the Insurance for their items, so we are waiting for you and the Seller to make the deposits for the Insurance.
The cost of the Insurance for every part (Buyer and Seller) is $800. You will receive this payment ($800) along with the item, total in cash because the deposit for the Insurance is Fully Refundable and that
It is essential to insure the item during transportation. I was told that I needed to complete the payment using the same payment method as before, also with a request to reply to this email to confirm if you received the invoice for payment by eBay Buyer Protection.
On July 3rd, I purchased one American Express gift card from Walgreens for 500.00 dollars. I also bought two eBay gift cards from Target, one for 100.00 dollars and the other for $200.00 hundred dollars. After purchasing the gift cards, I called the same number as instructed for the first time, 669) 529-0029, and was greeted on the phone by the same eBay staff member who gave me instructions on the next steps.
I SENT AN EMAIL after I attached and gave photos of each gift card. Explaining that they had successfully received and validated your Fully Refundable payment for the Shipping Insurance, and the shipping process started. You will receive the item at your location in 48 hours.
On July 7th, I did not receive the 7x14 Gwen Food Trailer. I called the eBay Department: +1 (669) 529-0029 as instructed if I needed anything. I called the following number serval times, but no one picked up the call on the receiving end. I then began to panic and searched for an alternate number on the Internet.
I called the number associated with eBay.Motors's customer service, where I was greeted by a gentleman named Daniel, who informed me that there was an accident where the food trailer could not be transported and was salvaged entirely. He confirmed that I could receive the purchase payment for the food trailer along with transporting the 1600 dollar insurance fee. I did not receive an email explaining the food trailer's outcome and the final sale's depletion.
The eBay Motors customer service representative and I spent over six hours with the attempt to refund my total amount of $1600. In this process, the customer service representative Daniel, succeeded in doing so 4 $800 of the remaining refund balance. As a result of attempting to refund my total amount, he also was able to take out of my account two transactions to confirm that the following bank would be able to accept the amount of $800 from eBay.Motors. In securing the transaction, there was a $170 and a withdrawal of $190. The customer service representative, Daniel, assured me that the amount I would be repaid was $170, along with the $190 and the $800. The representative, Daniel, explained to me that the payment was split up because of the two bank accounts used in the original cell of the food trailer to buy gift cards From my Chime account. Daniel also assured me I could get my money back into my account in four hours. That did not happen.
I received an email from customer service representative Daniel for eBay.Motors that the transaction regarding the refund of the $800 was successfully refunded $800 against your request for a $1600 refund to your chime account. The email stated I needed to verify another payment method to receive the remaining $800 refund. The email ended with his name and the phone number of executive Daniel at 1(802) 266-2621 and how this was needed and needed to be completed ASAP.
My last conversation with Danielle was regarding him instructing me to get two eBay cards for me to receive the final payment of $800 from Target. I refused. I informed Daniel that I refused to do that and was very frustrated with how this transaction was handled and the loss of the food truck trailer. I also expressed how frustrated I was entrusting the corporation of eBay.Motors and I would not be able to continue this conversation I was having with him. I didn't proceed to text and call Daniel after a long period passed, and he explained that I would not be able to receive any refund without completing the instructions he gave me.
I also informed him by text that I did not receive my refund of $800,$170, and $190 total amount of $1,160.00, to my Chime
account.
As of July 8th, I attempted to call Daniel at the requested number, with no response. I also was not refunded my total amount back into my Chime account. $1,160.00. And I did not receive any other refund of the $800 that was put towards the food trailer insurance.
By far, it has been one of the most challenging transactions that I've ever experienced. I also want to express how disappointed I am with how your process is handled. The refunded compensation that I was promised was never fulfilled.
I also could not fulfill any of my obligations the after purchase of the food trailer. I had to cancel all of my future vendor events because of the miss mishandling of this sale. I also had to take a loss of goods that I purchased. The total loss is 3,000 dollars, and I cannot be refunded. I will also contact the Better Business Bureau regarding the mishandling of this sale and seek legal advice against the follow eBay , eBay motors , and Cecelia Marie Klisus. cecelia marie [email protected]
