My son loves chess. What seemed to be a targeted ad, showed a really cool "robotic" chess set. There are things like this on the market and it seemed like an upgrade in design. I decided to purchase for my son for Christmas. I contacted the company after ordering to discuss style of chess pieces I wanted and they responded to me in regards to this. A couple weeks later, I still have no update on the order so I started to email them again and this time no response. I had to file a dispute through my credit card company and they also have gotten no response at this time from the company. My credit card company is on my side, but I don't want to see anyone else getting scammed while expecting what is a really cool chess concept.
