Bought cooling blankets from cedar and ash. The blankets were cheap and not as described. Then I was charged 29.99 for nothing. I reached out to dispute and haven’t heard back. Put in fraud claim with my bank. Waiting to hear back

Clothing/jackets - 3 for the price of 2. All in all - I lost just over $50 in this. Every attempt to get verifiable information about the "shipment" was met with the same meaningless response - "we're doing everything we can to resolve..." I told them I was reporting them. No response. Who knows what the big picture is. I'm done.

Placed an order with Cedar and Ash

And all my cards were refused

Got a fraud notice for one of the cards

Called the company and told them I was billed and they have no record of today’s transaction

Asked if this was a scam and the gentleman thanked me and hung up

I was playing a game on my phone when an ad for Cedar and Ash popped up and I ordered some cosmetics from them. I received the merchandise. I was inadvertently signed up for a monthly subscription service. Information about this might have been available when I ordered but I unaware of it at the time. My bank contacted me about the second monthly charge and indicated that it could be a fraud. I contacted cedar and ash via their website and tried to cancel. I received an email from them requesting a screenshot of my bank statement showing the charge. They used the name Timber and Oaks for the charge, My bank says they are the same company.

Ordered language translators original charge to be 111.89, on 12/5/2024 never received order. They claim chinese tracker states delivered. I run tracking number through USPS tracker, no result. Then charge me 29.99 o.under name of Timber and Oaks. No idea for what. Many emails back and forth, pure runaround no result. I get replacement card. Card company gets 29.99 back.

1/19 29.99 charge from Oak and Cedars. 1/30 credit from Oak and Cedars. 2/2 Oak and Cedars credit 29.99. 2/3 Oak and Cedars charge 29.99. Receive email that they are going to credit me for undelivered product. 2/8 They CHARGE me another 111.89 on my new card, which I never shared with them, under name of Ash and Timbers. 2/8 29.99 charge from Timber and Oaks.

Getting issued new card.

This company has real appearance of some very slimey scammers.

I bought headphones from Ash and Timbers. Oddly my receipt said I bought them from Cedar and Ash. I emailed Cedar and Ash after Christmas asking about a return. They responded in 11 days with little to no info. I responded for more info. They responded that returns need to be within 30 days. Dang. Well I was checking my credit card transactions and noticed a charge in December from Timber and Oaks- OH for $29.99. Then a charge form Cedar and Ash in January for $29.99. I called my credit card company and they gave me a phone number to call for Cedar and Ash. I learned that they automatically signed me up for a monthly membership when I made my purchase in November. I said absolutely unacceptable. I want the memberships cancelled and my money back. I did not sign up for this. This isn't right. She told me they refunded December fully and 50% for January. We'll see if that happens. This company changed their name every month since I ordered from them. They sent me ear buds that say nothing about them being the reason I bought them. Deceitful company.
