I ordered wedding desserts from her. She promised to send a box to taste prior wedding and a honeymoon box-to-go day-of-wedding (both did not happen) and a free anniversary cake after a year (doubt will happen). I ordered 18 dozens of desserts from her along with agreed elegant wedding design/display. We only received 9 dozens, soggy and not presentable at all. Guests did not even eat those and it looked quite embarrassing. Her email address now bounces back, and she does not reply to text messages-- until I found negative reviews and a news article about her old business "Sweet Lucy Lou's" in North Carolina that closed because she has multiple records of not adhering to contract or not showing up at all, mostly wedding events. She felt threatened and agrees to refund me back. The proposed refund does not even match the amount I paid, and she kept delaying it, saying she is in the hospital sick (same stories of other brides/clients she scammed).
