I was talking to cover what was unpaid information around a cruise. They said I paid it, so they had a way to look up the cruise number and date. They said they were unpaid taxes, but that goes against the invoice. I fought it and fought it. Then they ended up getting my credit card number and DOB. I did not approve payment. The giveaway was the email they sent. It did not follow Celebrity format.

Additionally, I should have known when they didn't ask for agency phone number that there was a problem.
